Transactions via Real Estate Agent, including

  • Buyer Advisory Services
  • Review of homeowner’s association matters and related documents
  • Fixed fee at DKK 7,500 incl. VAT*
  • Deed Preparation, conveyancing and post-completion matters, priced at DKK 5,900 incl. VAT.
  • Title deed only, priced at DKK 3,900 incl. VAT.

Transactions without Real Estate Agent, including

  • Drafting of the purchase agreement
  • Review of servitudes, bylaws, etc.
  • Procurement of necessary documents
  • Priced at DKK 9,900 incl. VAT

Family Transfer, including

  • Drafting of the purchase agreement
  • Review of servitudes, bylaws, etc.
  • Preparation and digital registration (tinglysning) of the title deed
  • Prices from DKK 12,500 incl. VAT
  • Fee excludes any binding rulings from the Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen), Preparation of any marital gift agreement, gift deed, or similar documents

Prices do not include fees and charges related to registration, as well as commissions, fees, or charges payable to third parties

Additional costs associated with setting up a loan through financial or mortgage institutions should be expected.

The deed registration fee payable to the state is 0.6% of the purchase price, subject to a minimum based on the public valuation, plus a base fee of DKK 1,850.

Additionally, a registration fee of 1.5% applies to any new encumbrances on the property. For example, if a property was encumbered by the seller for DKK 2 million and the buyer takes out a loan of DKK 3 million, a registration fee is payable on the additional DKK 1 million, plus the base fee of DKK 1,850.

*Fixed price applies to properties with a sale price up to DKK 8 million.
