We offer a fixed price for leasing accounting services of DKK 4,400, including VAT, for the first unit, with an additional DKK 2,000, including VAT, per tenancy for investment apartments.

If you are relocating from Denmark—whether for several years or a shorter period—we are highly experienced in the regulations governing moves to and from Denmark, as well as in tenancy law and its interaction.

We do not offer property management services—such as rent collection or property oversight—as we leave these to specialists in that field.
