We offer a fixed price for leasing accounting services of DKK 4,400 including VAT for the first unit, with an additional DKK 2,000 including VAT per tenancy for investment apartments.

If you are relocating from Denmark – whether for several years or shorter periods – we are well-versed in the regulations governing moving to and from Denmark, as well as tenancy law and the interplay between these areas.
We do not provide property management services, such as rent collection or property oversight, which we leave to specialists in that field.
