Price negotiation is a critical aspect of purchasing real property. In the current market, it is more common than not for negotiations to take place, with sellers often agreeing to a reduction from the advertised price.

Given this reality, many sellers account for potential negotiations when listing a property for sale. Consequently, price negotiation has become an integral and necessary part of the purchasing process.

At PrivatRevision, we assist with real estate transactions on a daily basis. We have a strong understanding of market prices, but more importantly, we have extensive experience in identifying factors that can justify a price reduction, as well as determining which arguments and offers are likely to be acceptable and which should be avoided.

We can also provide guidance on matters that should be investigated in connection with price negotiations.

While there is no guarantee that we will always secure the lowest possible price, as achieving the optimal reduction involves a degree of psychology and some element of luck.

There is a clear advantage in having a professional representative handle the bidding or present arguments for a price reduction.  Not all sellers are receptive to hearing reasons for a lower price. By entrusting this task to us, you, as the buyer and potential future owner, can avoid direct involvement in this dialogue. This allows for a smoother subsequent interaction with the seller, free from the history of price negotiations.

Our fee for price negotiation services is 10% of the achieved reduction (including VAT). Additional fees for buyer advisory services, deed preparation, and registration may apply.
