Our entire focus in on our target group: private individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses with full Danish og partly Danish liabilities.
This means we have in-depth knowledge and competence of the topics most relevant to them: taxation for both individuals and businesses, national and international tax, cross-border taxation, business tax schemes, parent-to-child property purchases, estate and succession planning, and a wide range of financial and legal matters.
We are not the cheapest option on the market. Our fees are often higher than those of smaller accounting firms—partly because we deliver something different and more specialized. At the same time, it is often more cost-effective to engage us than to seek comparable expertise at one of the large audit or law firms. Because we are accessible for also minor assignment and with a reasonable onboarding procedure.
When we provide advice, it must also be relevant. It should create real value—whether in the form of tangible savings, clarity, or simply the resolution of a client’s problem.
Relevant advice also means advice in the right scope. As a rule of thumb, the cost of advice should not be disproportionate to the value it brings. In short: it should pay to know us. Otherwise, we have no reason to exist.
Of course, relevant advice must always be delivered on time. And it must be possible to read without being a tax lawyer.
Finally, integrity is a cornerstone of PrivatRevision. Naturally, we go to great lengths to optimize our clients’ situations, minimize tax burdens, and provide sound guidance. That is our business. That is what tax advisory is about. Secure, legal and tax-minimizing advise.
Tax law in particular is complex and constantly evolving. We stay up to date with the latest rulings, obtain binding advance rulings where appropriate, and plan for both the short and long term. Nothing is more rewarding to us than finding the right solution for a client—a solution that puts them in the best possible position, and one that could stand the test of scrutiny in court.
We place great importance on ensuring that every matter is handled with competence, relevance, and integrity. And we personally review and finalize every assignment and invoice—so we know exactly what has been delivered.
Many of our clients build long-term relationships with us. Some return with new assignments year after year. Others use us on an occasional basis. What they all share is that we don’t need to start from scratch every time.
PrivatRevision has been providing ongoing consultancy services since 2009, and since 1 May 2013 under the name PrivatRevision, with our own office in central Aarhus and a broad range of advisory services.
